5 Signs Your Car Needs A Tune-Up If You Want to Waste Money Take Car Here!! NO CARS SIT AROUND OUR LOT ....WE FIX THEM AND GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD! GET YOUR LUBE AND TUNE HERE!

Cars are complex machines that require regular tune-up services in order to work properly. Failing to get your car examined by a professional can not only shorten the life of your vehicle, but it can also make it dangerous to drive. There are some signs, however, that your car may need some maintenance. Here are five ways to tell that your car needs a tune up.

1. Lower gas mileage than usual. If you notice that your car is not getting its normal gas mileage, then this may be an indication that something is wrong. The performance of your vehicle will be affected by dirty fuel filters, bad spark plugs, or bad fuel injectors. These are all checked during a tune up, so your mechanic will be able to tell you whether or not there is a problem. 2. Squealing noises when turning the steering wheel or difficulty turning the wheel. These two signs could indicate low fluids levels. Taking your car in for a tune up will determine the problem, and your mechanic can add fluid to the vehicle. 3. Difficulty starting the car. If you go to start the car and it has trouble turning over, then this is a sign that there is a problem that needs to be addressed. Bad spark plugs can inhibit the electrical flow through the currents and affect the vehicle. 4. Exhaust odor, such as an egg-like smell, may indicate a clogged catalytic converter. A clog could also be affecting your gas mileage. The catalytic converter is checked and cleaned during a tune up, so any problems would be taken care of.  5. If your brakes feel spongy or soft, then this could be an indication of low brake fluid. A squeaking noise can also indicate a problem. Regular maintenance will help ensure that your brake fluid is always full.
