Gadutex Galvanized Duct Texas

Finding the right galvanized steel product is important for your customers and their commercial applications. Galvanized ductwork is the standard since it's the most affordable and widely used material. It's the toughest material to use, but it is not the best for applications where resistance is needed from weather and corrosives. It's also the best material for abrasive applications such as transport systems unlike other materials like aluminum which is softer and less resistant.

Galvanized, or galvanized steel ducts, are the most common form of materials used to construct duct systems. These systems and fittings allow for a transition of different sizes and shapes that wind through rooms, hallways, and walls. For instance, using a tee separator will split air ways into two different directions into a downstream branch network to respective rooms. These sections can also be constructed into different sizes to provide a larger circulation of air into one room rather than the other when air demands are specific for each area of the building.

Although aluminum and stainless steel can also be used for ductwork applications, galvanized duct systems are popular for the ability for the material to be bent and cut easily to mold the system for easier design. These systems are also commonly wrapped with thermal fiberglass insulation to provide an improved method of limiting the amount of heat lost or gained by the system. Wrapping galvanized ductwork with insulation also inhibits the system from accumulating condensation while the air system keeps cooled air in a warm environment. This is another form of removing leaky air systems from dripping moisture into building rooms. Finally, insulation also removes what is called "duct noise" from the system which can vibrate throughout the system disturbing people in other rooms of the building.

GADUTEX lines of galvanized duct products have a simple design that is promised to reduce construction down time by almost fifty percent. Their clamping system provides businesses with a way to easily clamp together parts with no rivet screws or welding needed. Air Cleaning Specialists carry the entire line of GADUTEX products. They also help you with your next project by providing CAD drawings of the layout and specifications needed to construct industrial ductwork applications. Each technical drawing lists the number of parts and pricing specification needed for each project making it simple and easy for you to quote and estimate prices to your customers.
